These Terms of Service explain the rules for using PHPscripts48, purchasing digital products, downloading files, requesting support, and ordering custom services.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Products

PHPscripts48 sells digital products such as PHP scripts, website templates, admin panels, dashboards, WordPress-related products, source code, and related files.

After purchase, product downloads are automatically added to the buyer’s customer account. Buyers can log in to their account to access and re-download purchased files when needed, subject to account access, product availability, and these Terms.

If a buyer prefers to review or download the source code through a private GitHub repository, they may contact us after purchase and we can provide that option.

Before products are listed for sale, we review the product package to confirm the main files are included and prepared for buyer access. Buyers are responsible for reading the product details, checking requirements, and making sure the product is suitable for their project before purchasing.

2. Original PHPscripts48 Products

Some products are created by PHPscripts48. When you purchase our original products, you receive the right to use them for your own personal or business project.

Unless we give written permission, you may not:

• Resell our original products
• Share them publicly
• Upload them as your own product
• Offer them in another marketplace
• Redistribute them as a download or membership item

You may modify the product for your own use, but the original product, code, design, structure, and related materials remain owned by PHPscripts48.

3. Third-Party WordPress Products

Some WordPress themes, plugins, or related files listed on PHPscripts48 may come from third-party sources or external providers. Some of these products may be GPL-licensed WordPress products.

Product names, brands, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. PHPscripts48 is not affiliated with third-party authors, marketplaces, or brand owners unless clearly stated.

Unless clearly mentioned on the product page, third-party WordPress products do not include:

• Automatic updates from the original author

4. Custom Work

A custom request starts only when the scope, price, payment terms, and delivery details are agreed by both sides.

For custom work, we may require an advance payment before work begins. Final files, access, or delivery may be held until the remaining balance is paid.

Delivery time may change if the client delays feedback, changes the scope, does not provide required access, or requests extra work.

Custom products made for a client are not resold on PHPscripts48 unless a separate written agreement allows it.

5. Refunds

Digital product sales are generally final once account access, download access, file transfer, or private GitHub repository access has been provided.

If a product has a confirmed issue caused by the original files we provided, we may offer a free fix, replacement files, or a refund according to our Refund Policy.

Refunds do not apply to issues caused by:

• Hosting problems
• Server settings
• Buyer changes
• Installation mistakes
• Third-party services
• Unsupported custom use
• Failure to review product details before purchase

GPL-licensed WordPress themes or plugins may have separate conditions, especially when official vendor support, license keys, updates, or activation services are not included.

6. Support

Support is provided only when stated on the product page, order page, invoice, or written agreement.

Support does not automatically include:

• Installation
• Customization
• Hosting setup
• Server configuration
• Third-party API setup
• Payment gateway setup
• Fixing issues caused by buyer modifications

If a product requires technical setup, the buyer may need help from a developer or hosting provider.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing from PHPscripts48, you are responsible for:

• Reading product details before buying
• Checking technical requirements
• Making sure your hosting supports the product
• Keeping backups
• Protecting your account login
• Testing products before using them in a live business
• Following the laws and rules that apply to your project

You may not use our products or services for:

• Illegal activity
• Fraud
• Spam
• Malware
• Phishing
• Hacking
• Copyright abuse
• Any activity that harms PHPscripts48, other users, or third parties

8. Regulated-Use Products

Some products or custom services may include iGaming, betting-style, casino-style, prediction, affiliate listing, or other regulated-use software features.

The buyer is responsible for checking all laws, licenses, approvals, age restrictions, KYC, AML, payment, tax, advertising, and compliance requirements that apply in their country, state, or territory before using, launching, or promoting any regulated-use product.

PHPscripts48 may refuse, cancel, suspend, or remove any product, order, or custom project request if we believe it may be used for illegal, abusive, harmful, or non-compliant activity.

9. Accounts and Access

Some purchases may require a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

After purchase, product downloads are connected to your customer account, where you can access and re-download purchased files when needed.

We may suspend access to an account, downloads, support, or related services if an account is:

• Misused
• Shared publicly
• Used for fraud
• Involved in a payment dispute
• Used in a way that harms our website, products, customers, or third parties

10. Payments and Disputes

Payment must be completed before product access, download access, GitHub repository access, or custom work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, or marked as fraudulent, we may suspend access to the related product, account, downloads, support, private GitHub repository, or custom work until the issue is resolved.

11. Product Availability and Updates

We may update, replace, remove, suspend, or discontinue products at any time.

Updates may be provided when available, but they are not guaranteed unless clearly stated on the product page, order page, invoice, or written agreement.

Re-download access may remain available through the customer account while the product, account, and order access remain active. Buyers should download and back up purchased files after purchase.

12. No Guarantee of Results

PHPscripts48 products and services are provided to help buyers build, test, launch, or manage online projects.

We do not guarantee income, sales, traffic, rankings, conversions, performance, business success, or any specific result from using any product or service.

13. Limitation of Liability

PHPscripts48 is not responsible for loss of profit, loss of data, website downtime, server issues, third-party service issues, security problems, buyer modifications, or misuse of any product.

Our maximum liability for any product or service is limited to the amount paid for that specific product or service.

14. Copyright Complaints

PHPscripts48 respects copyright, trademarks, and the work of digital creators.
