Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through PHPscripts48.
By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products
Most products sold on PHPscripts48 are digital products, such as:
- PHP scripts
- Website templates
- Admin panels
- Dashboards
- WordPress themes or plugins
- Source code and related files
Because these products are delivered digitally, all sales are final once access, download, delivery, or file transfer has been provided.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
We do not provide refunds after delivery for reasons such as:
- You changed your mind
- You purchased the wrong product
- You no longer need the product
- Your hosting or server does not support the product
- You expected a feature that was not listed
- You do not know how to install or edit the product
- You expected installation or customization that was not included
- A third-party service, plugin, theme, API, or hosting provider caused an issue
Please read the product details before purchasing.
3. When a Refund May Be Reviewed
A refund may be reviewed only in limited cases, such as:
- You were charged twice for the same order
- The product file cannot be delivered due to an issue on our side
- Product access was not provided after payment because of our error
- A delivered file is confirmed to be unusable and we cannot replace or correct it
- We cannot deliver custom work that was agreed in writing
Before approving a refund, we may try to replace the file, restore access, resend the download, or fix the delivery issue.
4. GPL WordPress Products
Some WordPress themes, plugins, or files may be GPL licensed.
Refunds are not provided because a GPL product does not include original developer support, original license keys, automatic updates from the original author, premium services, or third-party account access, unless this was clearly stated on the product page.
5. Custom Work and Special Requests
Custom work is handled separately from ready-made product purchases.
For custom work, we usually require:
- 50% advance payment before work begins
- 50% remaining payment before final delivery
In some cases, full payment may be required upfront.
Advance payments may be non-refundable once work has started. If we cannot deliver the agreed custom work, a partial or full refund may be reviewed depending on the work already completed and the written agreement.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, or marked as fraudulent, we may suspend access to the related product, account, downloads, support, or custom work until the issue is resolved.
False or abusive disputes may result in account restriction or refusal of future service.
7. Final Decision
Refund requests are reviewed based on:
- Product type
- Delivery status
- Order details
- Completed work
- Written agreement, if any
